3,000 SF core and shell remodel and conversion of a historic downtown Denver building. The first floor houses the retail component of Scribbles along with a fully assessable ADA restroom. The second floor is a live / work space complete with a mini-kitchen, bedroom, and open meeting living space. The new spacious roof deck is accessible from the residential bedroom area and provides views of the downtown Denver skyline.
